"I have been with Statefarm for awhile and I find all their agents polite and very helpful. I've never had a problem at all and I've had the toughest year ever . Here is an example of what I'm talking about I recently had my Licoln car totalled and 2 trees fall on my home 🏡 it's been a tough year. I was told by the claims department to bring my title into State Farmand so I did and in return I received the rudest email ever from their manager Genesis Edwards . She should be fired immediately. She insulted me beyond belief for dropping my titles off and bothering her agents when I was only doing what I was asked to do . I really hope that the owner Bill Cohens fires her immediately . What a huge disappointment and so very unprofessional."
