Last week I tried to get intouch with them and left several messages with no reply. apparently they were unable to reach me over the phone but did not try other communication means (e-mail; text). Yesterday they contacted me to try and fix the miscommunication. looks like an honest oversight. I changed my 1 star rating to 4 star. I will follow up with another comment in few months and hope to improve the rating higher."
